Tickets have now been dispatched to VIP customers for the HMW Forum show, we understand that some customers are concerned because the tickets do not mention anything about VIP access.

However, we would like to reassure VIP customers that you do indeed have VIP access to the show and in order to collect your VIP extras you will need to provide the confirmation email that you originally received from CrowdSurge upon arrival at the venue. Please note that we will be at the HMV Forum from 15:00 onwards to accommodate for all VIP customers.
