You built a shelter for your heart
A cage of illusion
A sullen prison
You built a prison for your heart

Ensnare the prey
To feed the distant heart
You sail way
The stolen fuel inhaled

Can you escape the suffocation
So 'sick of shadows'
Don't you crave redemption

You kneel and pray
To heal the distant heart
Escape the pain
alone and self betrayed
